Leasing & Marketing Specialist

Greystar seeks a leasing specialist to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while coordinating with maintenance to keep show units ready. You will design marketing programs, utilize online tools, and follow-up with prospects to close leases and renewals, ensuring resident satisfaction and lease performance at the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
