Claims Coordinator

A Claims Specialist has the opportunity to make a huge impact on the families we serve. You are the point of contact to help our clients through the process of filing a claim. You answer questions, collect documentation, and communicate both on the phone and through email daily. Must-haves:

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment
• Data entry, typing, attention to detail, organized
• Reliable, you show up, on time, ready to work
• Honesty, you aren't in the habit of lying, stealing or cheating
• Patience, you know how to adjust for the person on the phone, not the other way around
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
• Diligence, answer your phone consistently
• Communication skills, able to explain something in different ways so the person on the phone understands
• Drive, meet personal and team goals

The details:Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 schedule with occasional Saturdays.We work in a comfortable office environment. The job requires that you sit for most of the day. We want you to come grow with us!

Starting Pay: $18.50/ hr

After 90 days: $20/hr

After a year: $22/ hr
