Aufgaben Was du machst Mitarbeit in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsprojekten (BIM, Daten, Prozesse, Software) Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Lösungen für namhafte Kunden aus Mittelstand und Konzernen Unterstützung beim Aufsetzen und Durchführen von Ausschreibungen, Workshops, Analysen oder Software-Auswahl (Mit-)Gestaltung des Unternehmensaufbaus und der internen Strukturen, IT Landschaft und Prozesse Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Qualifikation Wen wir suchen Ein Multitalent mit MINT- oder IT-Hintergrund, der Interesse an KI und neuen Technologien hat. Du musst nicht alles können, aber Lust haben, dich in komplexe Themen reinzufuchsen. Du bist kein Experte– Neugier, Umsetzungswille und ein klarer Kopf zählen mehr.
