Job TitleImaging and deployment of Mac & Windows devicesTroubleshoot macOS issues, recovery mode, Apple Silicon, system logs, FileVaultSupport Jamf (policies, profiles, enrollment, patching)Provide Level 2 onsite supportHandle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)Perform hardware and software installationsSmart hands support for onsite teamsProvide remote support for traveling or home based usersTroubleshoot BitLocker (Win) and FileVault (Mac)Maintain 5+ ticket resolution/day in ServiceNowUpdate asset details & maintain accurate inventorySupport weekly/monthly inventory checksAssist with device refresh cyclesUnbox, pack, and ship IT equipmentDocument incidents & resolutions in ServiceNowPerform data backup & restorationWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of Desktop/Field Services experienceStrong experience in macOS troubleshootingKnowledge of Mac hardware, peripherals, OS level issuesExperience with Jamf Pro (preferred)Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active DirectoryStrong communication & customer interaction skillsAbility to work independently and within a team
