Seasonal Potato Sorter

Our client in Rice Lake is seeking Seasonal Potato Sorters to join their team. This project will last 2-3 weeks. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Seasonal Potato Sorter
Location: Rice Lake, WI
Pay Range: $17/hr
Shift: Days/Hours Vary Based on Weather
What's the Job?
- Sort potatoes on a conveyor belt, removing debris and bad potatoes
- Package/box up potatoes and put boxes on pallets
- Push wheelbarrows full of potatoes
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping during downtime
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
What's Needed?
- Ability to stand for periods of time on concrete
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs (some but not all spots require this)
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work scattered and extended hours based on weather conditions
