Registered Nurse - Med Surg travel assignment in New London, NH, starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,093–$2,156 per week Assignment length: 13 weeks Schedule: 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: Med Surg travel assignment in a hospital environment; non-local traveler Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit, applying the nursing process to implement individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor patient status, manage IVs and drains, and respond to changes in condition Document care in the EMR (EPIC), coordinate with the interprofessional team, and participate in daily care planning Maintain patient safety and comfort, including recognition and escalation of urgent issues to the charge nurse Support patient flow and discharge planning, with collaboration from Nurse Lead and House Supervisor Work with the care team to maintain appropriate patient ratios (up to 6:1) and supervise LNA support as assigned Requirements Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact (multistate) license NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency license/registration certificate uploaded upfront with profile 3+ years current Medical-Surgical nursing experience Charge nurse experience required EPIC EMR experience highly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Ability to work the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift (12-hour nights) Must have own vehicle; non-local traveler; local travelers are not eligible Signed supervisory reference within the past two years All RTO requests must be included at submission; no more than 5 days acceptedEducation: RN degree from an accredited program Benefits and Support Benefits and support not specified in posting About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
