Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the ER setting.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient care to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety and ethical standards in patient treatment.
• Adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room.
• Treat patients, families, and team members with respect and consideration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications from AHA required; TNCC or ATCN preferred.
• Experience with emergency or critical care preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations and perform under stress.
• Effective communication skills matching the developmental age of patients.
