Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role requires confidence in managing a variety of acute illnesses, minor injuries, and occupational health visits while serving as the primary provider with clinical support staff available.

Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Competitive compensation: $63.00–$70.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Perform suturing, splinting, and incision and drainage procedures
• Conduct sick visits and urgent care assessments
• Complete employment-related physical examinations (non-DOT)
• Manage minor medical emergencies within scope of practice
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Rhode Island
• Minimum of 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience
• Proficiency in minor office-based procedures
• Comfortable serving as the sole provider in the clinic while collaborating with office support staff
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
