Paralegal

We are seeking a 3+ years experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join the team, supporting litigation matters for a collaborative defense practice with hybrid flexibility, substantive growth, and strong professional development opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files, correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, medical records, and claim files.
• Draft and respond to discovery and prepare deposition, hearing, and trial materials.
• Coordinate independent medical examinations, hearings, and other case-related activities.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals while tracking deadlines across multiple cases.

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and deadline-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management technology, with sound judgment and a collaborative approach.
