Position Overview :

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Powersports division, ensuring that all sales, service, and operational goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the powersports market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports, a drive for business growth, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead all aspects of the Powersports division, including sales, service, parts, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by overseeing sales and service teams.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for the division.
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience (5+ years) in powersports sales or management, with a strong understanding of the powersports industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and experience with financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Passion for powersports, with a deep knowledge of products, vehicles, and customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience managing teams and driving operational success.
