Position Details

• Locations: Appleton & Hilbert, WI
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours designed to support work/life balance
• Compensation: Base salary + percentage of production
• Employment Type: At-will

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• DEA registration and Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification
• Experience in or willingness to learn surgery and endodontics

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year
• Potential Earnings: Up to $385,000 annually (base + production incentives)
