Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications, provide vaccinations, and render treatment to patients.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Float to telemetry units and complete dysrhythmia exams as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• BLS Certification required.
• Recent med/surg experience required; telemetry experience preferred.
• Experience with Level 1 trauma preferred.
• Ability to float to other med/surg and telemetry units as needed.
• Proficiency in maintaining sterile fields during procedures.
