Join Our New Orthopedic Surgery Program

We are excited to announce the establishment of a new hospital-employed Orthopedic Surgery Program and are on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine Surgery. This is a unique chance to become a foundational member of a newly formed orthopedic group, allowing you to influence the program from the ground up!

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of a fellowship in Sports Surgery.
• Specialization in hip arthroscopy is preferred.
• Possession of a New York State medical license or eligibility.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Recruitment Package:

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $630,000 to $760,000.
• This salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 available.

• Malpractice Insurance: Paid coverage with tail protection.
• CME Time: Allocated time off with an annual expense allowance of $4,500.
