Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position helps support the overall efficiency of the kitchen and contributes to a safe, welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and assist with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [20] pounds.
