*Compensation*

Under our Fee-for-Service concept, providers can expect to earn $300,000 - $550,000 annually.

* Daily rate between $960 - $1,440 with 30% production.

*Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
* Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices
* Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

*Qualifications*

Education

* DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

Licensure & Certifications

* Active Ohio dental license
* Current BLS/CPR certification
* DEA registration

Skills & Experience

* Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to ethical, patient-first care
* Experience with endodontic procedures preferred
* Experience with surgical extractions preferred
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
