Responsibilities Calex's entrepreneurial culture enables Associates the opportunity to play a critical role in the execution of our M&A transactions and in the overall success of the firm. Associates have a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Manage and mentor Analysts Prepare, analyze, and articulate historical and projected financial information Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions Prepare confidential information presentations, management presentations, and marketing pitches Perform valuation and financial analyses Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors Supervise and mentor junior staff members Qualifications 2-4 years of investment banking or transaction advisory services (QoE) experience with a proven ability to manage M&A transactions Advanced financial, valuation, and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal / written communication and the ability to form effective working relationships Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner Strong work ethic and interest in healthcare services #J-18808-Ljbffr Calex Partners
