What You’ll Do
- Respond to and follow up with inbound Zillow Flex leads
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
- Guide clients through purchase agreements and negotiations
- Manage transactions from offer to close
- Update CRM systems and stay organized in your pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Real Estate License
- Strong communication and follow-up habits
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable using tech and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with the Central Valley market is a plus
