Certified Respiratory Therapist Clinic

Job Responsibilities Administers respiratory therapy treatments to patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. Evaluates patients’ respiratory conditions and develops appropriate treatment plans. Operates and maintains respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems. Monitors patients’ responses to therapy and adjusts treatments as necessary. Educates patients and families on respiratory conditions and proper use of equipment. Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Performs diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests. Provides emergency respiratory care, including airway management and resuscitation. Documents patient care activities and maintains accurate medical records. Participates in the development and implementation of respiratory care protocols. Ensures compliance with safety and infection control standards. Other duties as assigned.
