E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to support and enhance digital commerce operations for a growing consumer-focused business in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in improving online storefront performance, coordinating platform-related initiatives, and helping shape a strong customer shopping experience across multiple channels. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ecommerce initiatives, maintain product and content accuracy, and contribute to successful online launches.Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day execution of ecommerce projects involving Shopify-based storefronts and related digital commerce tools.• Partner with marketing, technology, operations, customer support, and warehouse teams to keep online sales channels running smoothly and efficiently.• Manage integrations between ecommerce platforms and connected business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other third-party applications.• Oversee product data, site content, inventory updates, and subscription-related information to ensure accuracy across online stores.• Support marketplace activity and digital merchandising efforts across channels such as Amazon, eBay, and other ecommerce platforms as needed.• Coordinate testing, validation, and quality checks before releases to help ensure stable functionality and successful site launches.• Investigate and resolve ecommerce platform issues, escalating complex problems when necessary to minimize disruption to customers.• Apply ecommerce best practices to improve site usability, operational effectiveness, and overall online performance.• Assist with content and catalog migration activities tied to new site features, store enhancements, or platform updates.
