Position Summary
The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and supporting assembly personnel throughout the shift. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that production lines operate safely and efficiently by providing the materials, documentation, and instructions needed to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to assembly personnel.
• Monitor team performance and ensure that production, quality, and safety goals are met.
• Ensure that production lines have the materials needed to maintain continuous operations.
• Prepare and distribute work orders, assembly instructions, labels, and other required documentation.
• Identify and promptly communicate issues related to materials, equipment, quality, or personnel.
• Provide employees with support and guidance to ensure that processes are performed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

Knowledge and Skills
• Experience in production or assembly processes.
• Ability to lead, organize, and support a team.
• Basic knowledge of production and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, including document management and label printing.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
