Video Producer & Editor

As a Video Producer/Editor, you'll create compelling video content viewed by hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across the industry. Working closely with our marketing and leadership teams, You will help bring the brand to life through high-quality, engaging video content across multiple platforms and channels. This role offers a front-row seat to some of the most impactful events in real estate, giving you the opportunity to capture key moments, tell meaningful stories, and produce content that drives engagement and inspires action. What You'll Do Video Production & Content Capture Own all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio setup, and on-location logistics. Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and on-screen talent to execute creative concepts and bring stories to life. Review shot lists, creative briefs, and scripts to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards. Support live virtual productions, including Zoom webinars and online events. Travel to company events and experiences to capture high-quality content and behind-the-scenes moments. Edit video content with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, audience engagement, and brand consistency. Produce a wide variety of content, including social media videos, podcasts, paid advertisements, event recaps, sizzle reels, commercials, and promotional campaigns. Optimize content for platform-specific performance across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels. Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve editing workflows and increase production efficiency. Stay current on video trends, content best practices, and platform algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement. Publishing & Asset Management Manage the publishing and distribution of weekly podcast video and audio content across designated platforms. Organize and maintain media libraries, project files, footage archives, and creative assets. Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and according to project specifications. Maintain file management systems and production workflows that support team efficiency and scalability. Partner with marketing, social media, and leadership teams to develop compelling content strategies. Contribute creative ideas that support brand growth, audience engagement, and business objectives. Identify opportunities to improve content quality, production processes, and overall creative output. Support a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
