Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities Membership sales (club and individual, including services, products, and programs) Manage membership billing processes and the fitness sales pipeline. Provide customer service: friendly, clean, helpful, and resolving problems. Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events. Qualifications Excellent communication with members and teammates, with a customer‑service mentality. Team player who is willing to take on any task and deliver results. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Ability to work independently while multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and accurate, high‑quality work. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable with technology, quick to shift focus, and possessing good phone etiquette. Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capability to bend and stoop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.
