We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands‑on electrical field experience to support high‑volume and specialized hiring within our electrical construction operations. Your Day-to-Day: Lead full-cycle recruitment for electrical construction roles, primarily field electricians from apprentice through foreman Partner closely with Operations and Field Leadership to understand project needs, workforce planning, and hiring timelines Source candidates through job boards, trade networks, referrals, workforce development programs, and community outreach Conduct phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews, evaluating both technical skill and cultural fit Clearly communicate job expectations, schedules, jobsite conditions, and career paths to candidates Support bilingual recruiting efforts, including Spanish‑language outreach, interviews, and candidate communications Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with onboarding and transition of new hires into the field Support retention initiatives by providing feedback from the field regarding hiring challenges and workforce trends Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and community events as needed What You’ll Bring to the Table: Previous hands‑on electrical experience (licensed electrician, apprentice, foreman, or equivalent electrical field background) Experience working in electrical construction, industrial, commercial, or utility environments Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce coordination (construction or trades preferred) Strong understanding of electrical roles, trade classifications, certifications, and jobsite expectations Ability to communicate effectively with both field crews and leadership teams High level of organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms Why You’ll Love Being Here: Positive, team‑focused work environment with long‑term stability and opportunities to grow in the electrical industry Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and employer‑paid life, disability, and EAP coverage 401(k) with generous company match, paid time off, and paid holidays Ongoing training, continuing education, employee referral bonuses, and other exceptional perks Let’s Build the Future Together: At Rogers Electric, we power up innovation and empower people—creating a workplace that values diversity and inclusion every step of the way. #J-18808-Ljbffr
