Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional with 7+ years of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across Middleware and Messaging platforms. Strong expertise in IBM MQ ecosystems, systems administration, automation, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration. Core Qualifications: 7+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience across enterprise environments (including work experience, training, education, or military background). 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Middleware Messaging platforms such as: IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ) IBM Message Broker / ACE / IIB Kafka Solace Strong experience supporting enterprise-level, highly available, mission-critical environments.
