Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a positive and inviting store experience
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
• Maintain store standards and assist with general store operations as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
