Position Requirements Current, unrestricted state-specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Minimum of one (1) year paid LPN experience within the past year in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Geriatrics setting Must have a current TB screening, physical, and drug screening upon hire (we will assist in coordinating these if needed) What is our culture?
