SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Production & Utility employee reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is responsible for the duties so assigned by the manager. Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well with students and staff. Willingness to be trained in all areas of food production. Knowledge of or the willingness to learn proper sanitation and food handling procedures. Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment. Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a team.
