Registered Nurse (RN) – ICUJob Type: Full Time | Days$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates.Schedule: 3x12s, day shift (7a-7p). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Health and Fitness Center.What we're looking for Applicants should have a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.One year of experience preferred.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
