Dental Assistant Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in Medina, OH! We are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, delivers excellent patient care, and is passionate about helping create positive dental experiences. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day Qualifications Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care $20-$25/hour Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
