What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Strong clinical skills in outpatient settings, including orthopedics, stroke rehabilitation, pediatrics, and sports medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work Mon-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse patient needs

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Experience with swing bed facilities
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure/certification in good standing
• Prior outpatient therapy experience, especially in orthopedic and pediatric care

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure and certification as required by state and federal law
• Willingness to travel, if applicable, with travel and related reimbursements provided
