CNC Mill Programer / Shift Lead - First Shift ( Mon - Fri 6am - 230pm )

Genfor Precision Components is looking for skilled professional Mill programmer for our 1st shift. Job would require running production on 1-2 machines in a clean production facility. Programing complex parts using CAD/CAM. Managing a team of 3-4 operators.

Machine types: Doosan, Samsung & Brother.

1st shift hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Applicants with experience must be able to perform the following:
4+ year experience with programing Vertical Machining Centers utilizing 4 and 5 axis.

Strong leadership qualities ~ previous lead experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, optical comparator, etc
Complete tool changes
Previous experience with tight tolerances
Perform preventative maintenance on machines to insure consistent machine performance
Can complete documentation on time and as needed

Genfor is a state of the art production facility located in Chanhassen, MN.
