Program Manager

This is a high-level program leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving a major enterprise system transformation, likely centered around a CPQ platform and its integration with ERP, CRM, and data platforms. You'll act as the conductor of the orchestra, coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. Build and maintain the overall project plan and work breakdown structure. Run weekly project meetings with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors. Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID logs). Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committee reviews. Coordinate technical architects, developers, business analysts, data teams, and third-party vendors. Ensure integrations between CPQ, CRM, ERP, APIs, and data platforms stay on schedule. Oversee data migration activities and cutover planning. Drive testing, go-live readiness, and operational handoff activities. Escalate roadblocks and help leadership make key program decisions.
