Job Summary and Responsibilities The CT Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures as ordered by physicians and ensures day‑to‑day operations deliver high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities include: Assuring adequate staffing and adjusting coverage as needed. Coordinating daily technologist assignments. Ensuring all exams are completed and properly recorded. Operating department equipment safely and efficiently. Teaching and mentoring radiology students. Implementing proper exposure techniques and positioning. Demonstrating knowledge of drugs, their actions, side effects, and contraindications for administration. Managing supplies cost‑effectively. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ARRT registered and CT Certification obtained within 6 months. 1-3 years of CT experience.
