Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid – Sales Operations Support) Professional to support our client’s growing team in Peachtree City, GA. Handle same‑day order maintenance and customer order management. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain customer purchase orders for perfect match and timely fulfillment. Provide custom reports and analytics to support account management and business decisions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Research and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Support account managers with reporting, tracking, and communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience (5+ years) considered. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint proficiency. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette. EDI experience a plus but not required. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
