Role Description At ba&sh, we believe fashion is about confidence, individuality, and creating meaningful connections. We are currently seeking passionate Full-Time Sales Associates to join our New York City team. Openings are currently available at our Madison Avenue, 59th Street, and Prince Street locations, with each associate hired into a designated store location. The Full-Time Sales Associate delivers an exceptional customer experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized styling advice that reflects the ba&sh brand identity. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, achieving individual and store sales goals, processing transactions, supporting visual merchandising standards, and assisting with inventory management and daily store operations. Sales Associates work closely with their store leadership and colleagues to uphold brand standards, contribute to a collaborative environment, and create memorable shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Achieve individual and store sales goals and contribute to overall store performance. Develop in-depth knowledge of ba&sh collections, seasonal assortments, and brand values. Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain brand presentation standards. Assist with inventory management, replenishment, and daily store operations. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently while providing an elevated customer experience. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. Maintain company standards of organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Qualifications Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong sales and retail skills, including achieving goals and building long-term client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while balancing multiple priorities. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in fashion, premium, or luxury retail is preferred.
