HAO - Inventory Control Manager - M-F - Day Shift Job Category : Warehouse Management Requisition Number : INVEN010734 Posted : October 13, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Florence, KY 41042, USA Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Participates in the recruitment of hourly employees for the warehouse.

• Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff.
• Manages department performance through coaching, mentoring and motivation of warehouse staff.
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to ensure better efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment, through a third-party vendor, and safeguards company assets.
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to handle warehouse accounting and book-keeping.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control system
• Working knowledge of safety and security procedures.

Ability to build a team, establish processes, and hold direct reports accountable Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications Thorough knowledge of the operational business Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements, and industry standards. Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma/GED is required.

• 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
• 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience with Inventory Control

Certifications and Licenses - Professional certification may be required in some areas.
