Able to build personal and professional relationships with administration, teachers, coaches, players and parents. Prepares, plans, responsible and well organized. Dedicated and concerned about soccer equipment, safety, sharing of athletes, academic progress and participation numbers. Encourages player development at the high school, middle school and youth league level. Provides proper instruction, teaching skills and strategies. Understands financial and budgeting processes.
