We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about getting new customers live on the platform — someone comfortable working hands‑on with APIs, integrations, and data to solve real customer problems. Role Description The Technical Implementation Specialist owns the technical onboarding experience for new Nurture Boss customers — configuring integrations, migrating data, and troubleshooting system‑level issues to ensure a smooth transition from sale to successful product adoption. This role is hands‑on by nature: configuring systems, validating data, and solving integration issues directly, while also contributing to more scalable and repeatable onboarding practices as the team grows. Working cross‑functionally across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, this person translates business requirements into technical specifications and ensures every implementation is configured correctly, securely, and on time. What You’ll Do Execute end‑to‑end technical onboarding: system configuration, integration setup, data migration, and go‑live validation Configure and troubleshoot integrations with third‑party property management systems (PMS), CRMs, and lead sources via APIs, webhooks, and data feeds Map and migrate customer data (leads, resident records, property data) into the Nurture Boss platform, ensuring data integrity and validation Follow and help refine technical onboarding frameworks, environment setup checklists, and QA/testing milestones Translate customer requirements into structured implementation plans, including data schemas and integration workflows Drive rapid time‑to‑value while ensuring technical configurations are stable and scalable long‑term Join sales calls as a technical consultant to assess prospect requirements, answer integration and platform questions, and help scope implementation feasibility pre‑sale Provide technical credibility during the sales cycle, helping prospects understand how Nurture Boss’s AI capabilities and integrations will fit into their existing systems *More information is outlined on the job posting.
