Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Help keep our manufacturing plant running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain production equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support building systems. You’ll work with the production team to reduce downtime and solve problems as they arise. What you’ll do Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and scheduled and unscheduled emergency repairs. Maintain and repair production equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, lasers, and welders. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make adjustments. Handle general facility maintenance involving HVAC, electrical components, plumbing, and structural upkeep. Use hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment. Work with production teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime. Follow safety regulations, keep work areas clean and orderly, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma. Experience with mill, lathe, and laser equipment. CNC maintenance experience and a machine maintenance background preferred. Relevant prior maintenance experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Positive attitude and ability to follow direction. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems. Trustworthy and safety-oriented. Good written and verbal communication skills. Work environment This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The role may involve noise, varying temperatures, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
