Pay Entitlements Specialist

Job Title

Maintain and assists in the operation of the Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) Customer Service Representative (CSR) function.

Provide payroll liaison activities to over 3000 civilian employees.

Serve as an intermediary between the customers (serviced clientele) and the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) in Indianapolis, IN.

Provide general and technical advice and assistance relative to defense civilian payroll system support policy, planning and procedures.

Conduct special studies and works on projects which address pay problems/issues encountered across management functional lines for the elimination or reduction of similar problems in the future.

Discover, receive and analyze problems relating to automated pay applications.
