Financial Clearance Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Utilizing specialized knowledge, the full-time Financial Clearance Specialist will perform pre-registration, scheduling, and insurance verification while supporting patient access and financial responsibility processes, initially working onsite with an option for remote work after training. Key responsibilities Research and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions for performance improvement Manage pre-registration and scheduling tasks, ensuring accurate collection of patient financial responsibilities Distribute analytical reports and support customer relations to enhance patient experience and service delivery Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in scheduling, financial clearance, or patient access National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire Proficiency in Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems and related software
