Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM applications such as FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting), PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management), and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management) .
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective EPM architectures.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and industry standards.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of EPM solutions, including configuration, integration, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
- Experience with integrations between EPM and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in performance tuning, automation, and cloud security.
- Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, close, planning, and reconciliation.
- Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
- Leadership & Communication
- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM/ERP implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
