POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Location : Cary, NC

Pay: $ 22.00/hour

Permanent Schedule : Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM

Training: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Training Length: Approximately 8–12 weeks

Training: 100% onsite

Hybrid Opportunity: Potential for 2 days onsite / 3 days remote after training and achievement of required performance goals

Potential to Convert to Full-Time: YES!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Patient Support Representative, you'll be a key resource for patients and customers by:

Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Scheduling medication deliveries and payments

Answering questions about prescription status, refills, and financial information

Verifying insurance information and updating patient profiles

Providing prescription and shipment status updates

Responding to patient questions and concerns

Documenting concise, accurate progress notes

Routing clinical questions to pharmacists and nurses when appropriate

Identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints

Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of heavy/high-volume call center experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers

Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Healthcare, pharmacy, patient services, insurance, or specialty pharmacy experience is a PLUS!
