Role Description This is a full-time on-site Staffing Recruiter role located in Whiteville, NC. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for various staffing needs, including permanent and temporary placements. Daily responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong communication with clients and potential hires. The individual will work closely with team members to meet staffing goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Staffing Services and Recruiting Ability to manage Hiring and Temporary Placement processes effectively Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency Excellent organizational and time management skills Travel required periodically to visit area clients. Proficiency in maintaining candidate pipelines and managing applicant tracking systems Ability to work on-site as part of a collaborative team Experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry is a plus Performance-based income with no ceiling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
