Territory Manager (Houston)

The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers, expanding account revenue, and representing our client as a trusted partner in diagnostic testing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Growth Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company goals. Acquire new healthcare provider accounts and expand existing business. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and in-service trainings. Partner with Laboratory Service Assistants (LSAs) to ensure seamless client support.Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align sales activities with company strategy. Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Accurately track activities and pipeline using company CRM and analytics tools.
