Location: Richmond, VA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient safety, and effectively managing a fast-paced work environment. This role requires strong teamwork and adaptability to changes, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans for various procedures including abdomen, pelvis, heads, spines, brains, and chest CTAs.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide diagnostic imaging services efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper patient management during scans.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning optimally.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Certification in CT.
• Valid Virginia state license as CT Technologist.
• Preferred experience with GE and Phillips CT equipment.
• Current CT experience with a strong emphasis on multitasking and teamwork.
