Regional Credit Admin Manager - Huntington Technology Finance (HTF)

DescriptionSummary:The Regional Credit Admin Manager oversees a staff of portfolio managers in the credit approval, administration, and review activities for a business line or geographic region.Duties and Responsibilities:Works with a staff of portfolio managers in the credit approval and monitoring of the $1.7 billion Huntington Technology Finance portfolio.Establishes, implements and manages administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan/lease portfolio while also promoting a culture that results in a moderate-to-low risk portfolio.Ultimately makes credit approval decisions and provides guidance on lending opportunities that exceed line/regional approval limits.Identifies potential problem credits and works with portfolio managers and/or loan workout specialists to restructure credits and/or minimize risk of loss.Advises staff, officers and/or business units on the company's overall lending policies.Works with other lines of business and regions to deliver equipment finance products to shared relationships.Performs other duties as assigned including back up support for other Regional Credit OfficersBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree10+ years of experience underwriting, analyzing, and managing commercial credit relationshipsPreferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trusted partnerships and effectively collaborate across the organizationExperience with mid to large-ticket commercial credit and either a background in small-ticket/scorecard analysis or the demonstrated aptitude to learn these disciplines quicklyStrong management and mentoring skills Ability to resolve issues and drive performance Excellent time management and organizational skills while working in a high-volume environmentInteract professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levelsWell-developed verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability Resourceful #LI-RP1Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesApplications Accepted Through:10/30/2026Huntington expects to accept applications through at least the date above, and may continue to accept applications until the position is filled.Workplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.Compensation Range:$125,000-$255,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
