Pharmacy Manager

Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per 4‑week period (will work Saturday and Sunday the weekend you are on) Lunch: Pharmacy closed 1:00–1:30 PM MUST HAVES Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited program Active pharmacist license in good standing (state of employment) Ability to interpret prescriptions, reports, and regulatory documents Proven leadership and people‑management skills PLUSSES 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) DAY TO DAY Oversee daily pharmacy operations while serving as a role model for pharmacists and technicians Lead, coach, and evaluate pharmacy staff; provide performance feedback and development Manage workflow, staffing, and scheduling to optimize customer service and control labor costs Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Oversee inventory management, including controlled substances and ordering practices Monitor third‑party/insurance performance and resolve rejections, audits, and profitability issues Drive pharmacy performance against sales, volume, inventory, and budget goals Promote clinical services, public health initiatives, and disease state management programs Build relationships with local providers and community partners Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies #J-18808-Ljbffr
