HR Generalist: Recruitment, Analytics & Policy
University of Wisconsin Parkside
University of Wisconsin Parkside seeks an HR Generalist to provide broad HR support including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and HR operations. You will coordinate hiring activities, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience; Workday experience is preferred.
