Position Summary This job is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a trust product expert, helping to identify opportunities for expanded product penetration in existing books of business, and supporting administrative client account/relationship servicing. Job expectations include acting as an additional point of contact to clients and supporting other service associates as needed. Responsibilities Supports Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactions Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updates Identifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business, while assisting other service associates as needed Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service Direct experience supporting advisors and client relationships within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust Services, or a related financial services environment is strongly desired Working knowledge of trust administration principles and fiduciary client servicing activities preferred BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired Skills Active Listening Adaptability Attention to Detail Emotional Intelligence Prioritization Collaboration Critical Thinking Decision Making Oral Communications Written Communications Drives Engagement Innovative Thinking Mentoring Networking Problem Solving Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Locations US - NY - Albany - 69 STATE ST (NY6100), US - NY - Buffalo - 10 FOUNTAIN PLZ (NY7101), US - NY - Rochester - 75 S CLINTON AVE (NY7508) Pay and Benefits Pay range $31.25 - $44.33 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
